1. Agreement and eligibility

By registering for or participating in the Codex Inc Affiliate Referral Program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not register or participate. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account details up to date.

2. How referrals work

Approved affiliates receive a personal referral code and link. Share that link with people or businesses who may genuinely need Codex Inc services. Referral attribution depends on the referral code or tracking information being correctly recorded by the system.

A referral submission is not a guarantee that a project will be accepted, completed, paid for, or eligible for commission.

3. Commission

The advertised commission is 5% of eligible payments that Codex Inc actually receives from clients attributed to your referral account.

• Commission is based on eligible payments received, not merely on clicks, enquiries, quotations, invoices, or promised payments.
• Referral activity and commissions may be reviewed before approval.
• Duplicate, incorrectly attributed, cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible transactions may not qualify.
• The dashboard may show pending commission while activity awaits review or payment.

No minimum withdrawal amount, fixed payout date, or guaranteed payment schedule is established by this page. Any such arrangements must be confirmed directly by Codex Inc before being relied upon.

4. Fair and honest promotion

Affiliates must describe Codex Inc services honestly and must not make false claims, promise results that have not been authorised, impersonate Codex Inc, or mislead prospective clients.

Do not manipulate referrals, submit false leads, create duplicate accounts to gain commissions, use another person's information without permission, or attempt to exploit the referral system. Self-referrals and artificially generated or fraudulent activity are not eligible for commission.

5. Client information and privacy

Only submit information you are authorised to share. Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information through referral forms. Client information must be used only for the intended project enquiry and handled respectfully and lawfully.

6. Account review and suspension

Codex Inc may review referral activity and may suspend or close accounts where there is suspected fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, inaccurate account information, or a breach of these terms. Commissions associated with disputed or ineligible activity may be withheld while reviewed.

7. Program changes and termination

Codex Inc may update, suspend, or discontinue the referral program when reasonably necessary. Updated terms should be published on this page. Continued participation after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms. If you no longer agree, stop participating.

8. No guarantee of earnings

Participation does not guarantee referrals, clients, projects, commissions, or income. Results depend on genuine referrals, client decisions, eligible payments, and program review.
